Travere has secured an agreement granting them sole authority to market and distribute civorebrutinib globally, except in China and select regions of East and Southeast Asia.

Travere will receive additional revenue from future sales.
A novel oral therapy, Civorebrutinib (EVER001), is currently under investigation for its potential to treat rare autoimmune kidney disorders.
Travere offers two FDA-approved treatments for kidney issues: Filspari for IgA nephropathy and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, as well as Thiola for cystinuria.
Travere has announced its intention to assess the efficacy of this treatment across several uncommon kidney conditions.
Travelling through the body's immune system, civorebrutinib acts as a BTK inhibitor, effectively silencing B-cell signals to prevent antibody overproduction.
The company reports that patients have shown good tolerance to the medication overall.
