Following Sunday's announcement by Koeman, the remaining Dutch players are scheduled to participate in an additional match against Uzbekistan, consisting of two 35-minute segments.

The team aims to minimize adjustments in their initial match, with the outcome dependent on how well this strategy unfolds. The coach's statement was made during a pre-match press conference at the Ichan Stadium.

Our opening match will feature a predominantly starting lineup, allowing those players who aren't fully fit to recover and potentially take on more significant roles in the subsequent game. Two fixtures are planned as a result of this strategy.

The squad comprises 26 individuals, each receiving playing time as desired by coaches.

The status of Jurrien Timber, who recently signed with the team, remains uncertain as coaches weigh their options ahead of Monday's crucial match.
